I wish I had known about Pampered Chef's "mix &chop" before World Dairy Expo...mom (87), helped me brown 50 lbs of ground meat (sloppy joes) for 200 hungry 4-H & College dairy judging teams we hosted for lunch...thanks for the info goodnessgracious.blogspot.com
